How soon can you collect my car?

We can usually collect your car within 1 hour of receiving your quote however, in some cases at busy times it can be within 24 hours. You can always book collection at a time that suits you with a member of our team.

How do I get paid?

There are three payment types, cash, cheque & bank transfer. The popular and fastest method is via instant bank transfer in most cases but if your vehicle has a valid M.O.T then we are able to pay you cash. Please let us know your preference before the collection.

How do I get a tax refund?

When the driver comes to collect your vehicle, they will fill out section 9 of the logbook V5C, you will have to send this to DVLA to let them know that you have sold the vehicle and are no longer responsible for it. If you do not have the logbook then you can do it online via once you have notified the DVLA then you will usually get your tax refund sent to you within 2 weeks.

I have no keys for my car, can you still collect?

In most cases we can collect vehicles with no keys, it does depend on accessibility and the location of your vehicle, we always try out best! Describe the situation to us and we will do our best to help.

My car is at the repair garage?

We can collect your vehicle where ever it is, just give us the postcode where it's located and will we arrange free collection.

I do not have a V5C logbook?

That's not a problem, we can still collect your scrap car and pay you for it. Just make sure you have i.d to show the driver and any service history/M.O.T Paperwork that you may have. You will also need to tell DVLA that you have sold your vehicle so that you do not get a fine, ask a member of our team for more details or visit

Do you offer free car collection?

Yes! We collect every vehicle that we buy for free! If you've been given a price then that's what you'll be paid with free collection, so you will not get deducted amount.

Will I get haggled when the driver arrives?

Here at we pride ourselves in paying the exact amount quoted over The phone or online! The only time we may need to reduce the price is if you have removed any crucial parts that may affect the scrap value of the car. You should as always let us know of any parts removed before hand so that we can give you an accurate quote.

Will I get a receipt? 

After we have collected your vehicle, you will get an email confirmation to say that you have sold your scrap car to us. You can keep it for your records or print it out for future reference.

What days do you collect?

We collect vehicle 7 days a week, 8am - 8pm. Please contact us for collections outside of these hours.

What do I need to provide on collection?

Whoever is present at the time of collection will need to give the driver, the keys and V5C logbook if you have it, also any service history/MOTs and locking wheel nut if your vehicle has alloy wheels.

Can you collect my car whilst I'm at work?

We can collect your vehicle even if you are not there, just make sure you have given the keys, logbook and any other paperwork to whoever our driver is meeting.

My car is not at my address?

If your car is at another address then please make sure you have provided up with the postcode of where the vehicle is located, if your vehicle is local to your actual address then you can use that postcode and we will discuss it further over the phone.

How long will it take to get paid? 

You will always be paid before we tow your car away! Don't let your car go anywhere without being paid.

Can I cancel a collection?

In the event that you need to cancel any collection arrangments then please tell us as soon as possible to avoid causing any inconvenience.

I have no key or logbook?

We can still collect your car even if you have no key or logbook, the car will need to be accessible and we'll  need to see I.d and a utility bill. Contact us for me information.

Will you pay cash for my car?

If your car has a valid MOT then we can pay cash, otherwise it will be bank transfer or cheque.
